needs, constraints of space, distribution of space and technology, etc...
Necessary surfaces,inventory of usable surfaces, validation.
Inventory of furnitures that can be used again and new furnitures, space optimisation, furnitures location
possibilities, validation, final layout with furnitures location.
After this step, a report is done specifying the main recommendations on budget and architecture.
